Project description: Four tenants have registered at the mall at the northeast corner of Campbell Avenue and Sunshine Street. Officials from AT&T, Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care, and Missouri Title Loans Inc. have leased three of the 7,500-square-foot mall’s four spaces, with 1,675-square feet still available, said developer Jason Pullman of East Sunshine Property Group LLC. An undisclosed restaurant group has also signed on to a 3,500-square-foot freestanding building planned around the corner. Pullman said construction on the building would begin at the end of the years. With a rental rate of $ 40 per triple net square foot, Pullman said most tenants signed 10-year leases with options. He expects the infill to be completed for tenant openings in the spring.
